Pues eso mismo, Ya no me acuerdo de las leyes de fusión, hielo en agua, y pregunto: En mi gintonic con hielo ¿cómo funciona tal ley? Si echo hielo sobre la bebida, esta se enfriará y aún no se ha derretido el hielo del todo ¿por qué dice la ley que durante la fusión la temperatura sigue igual, si enseguida noto que la bebida está más fría que al principio habiendo aún hay hielo por derretir?

Yo también lo tengo un poco oxidado pero intentaré contestarte . Lo que se mantiene constante es la temperatura del cubito mientras se está derritiendo. Para transformar hielo a 0 grados en agua a 0 grados hace falta un poco mas de calor. Al echar el hielo a menos de 0 grados en la bebida, el hielo empieza a calentarse y la bebida se enfría. Cuando el hielo llega a 0 grados empieza a derretirse. Mientras se derrite el hielo permanece a 0 grados y la bebida se va enfriando un poco mas. Espero haberme explicado bien, o que al menos se entienda un poco...
