He estado dando vueltas por internet sobre objetos relacionados con la física, estuve viendo fotos de algo que se llama levitón o parecido. Las fotos no me aclaraban nada y... Alguien sabe cuál es su utiliidad?

No sé si a lo mejor te refieres a "levitrón" o no tiene nada que ver. El levitrón es un juguete. Es una peonza que lleva unos imanes y la pones a bailar sobre una placa de plástico y con mucho cuidado (yo acabé desesperado) la llevas sobre una base que tiene un imán bastante majo y la peonza está durante un buen rato (me acuerdo que a veces llegaba a los 10 minutos por la falta de rozamiento) bailando en el aire por la repulsión magnética.
